Hello!
I am an author and a descendant of a Czernowitz family. My grandmother, =
Freida Teitler, was born in Czernowitz in 1925. She survived the =
Holocaust and later emigrated to the United States, where I was born.
I'm looking for information about her and her family: she had an =
older sister, Astrid; a mother, Anna; and a maternal grandfather, =
Heinrich.
Additionally, I'd love to speak with anyone who lived in =
Czernowitz between 1930-1945. I am working on a novel based on my =
grandmother Freida's teenage years and would love to consult =
with people who knew the city.
