Slight correction - it is in the Hadar Yossef quarter, adjacent to the Afeka quarter.
How symbolic that this quarter, commemorating Jewish communities that were totally or partially annihilated in the course of the Shoah, was built close to Khirbet Hadrat - the ruins of Hadrat - a settlement dating back to the Hasmonnaer period.
