Hi,
I wrote to czernowitz archives to have a copy of birth certificates. They a=
sked me some fee (very cheap, less than 3 euros). I would like to make a mo=
ney transfer to their bank, but I encounter some issues, my bank (UE accoun=
t) doesnt accept international money transfer less than 23 euros, and other=
novabanks as N26 or Revolut don't accept euro to UAH transferts....
Do you encounter the same issue? Does a solution exists?
Thank you in advance,
C.Henry
