Hi! I'm researching the onset and progression of =
tuberculosis--specifically, how it would have presented and progressed =
in late 1930s-early 1940s. My grandmother (about whom I am writing a =
novel) suffered from tuberculosis while living in the Czernowitz ghetto =
during the war, when she was a teenager. She told me she received =
pneumothorax treatments at her home. Does anyone here have memories of =
something similar, who would be able to talk with me?
