Hi Yohanan,

I have a "Russian" index to burials in Czernowitz, created by the Rabbi around year 2000. I think this might be the entry you're searching:

1343 ??????? AKERMAN ???? Pinya ???????? Ovshievna 1896 November 25, 1951 115? 20-3

I take from this that the father's name is Ovshi = Osias = Yehoshua, though someone in the group with better knowledge of Russian patrynymic names can feel free to correct me!

Location: Cz. Jewish Cemetery 115? 20-3 = Parcel or (new) Area 115 ?, row 20 plot 3.

Unfortunately, this headstone was not located during the indexing project, otherwise it would have been posted to the JewishGen Online Worldwide Burial Registry. But I hope this is helpful to you in your search.

Best regards,
Bruce

Trying to find any information, especially death or burial details, about
    Pinchas (Pinye) AKERMAN / ACKERMAN,
born 1898 in Sirauti, Romania, died 1951 and probably buried in Czernowitz.
Father's name was possibly Yasha AKERMAN, which could be Yehoshua or Yosef
    or Ya'akov in Hebrew.
Mother's name was Chana (born BANDAROVSKI).
    Thank for your help,
