Dear Mandy,
There is a Rifke NOE nee JAWETZ in one of my trees, who seems to gave been settled in Siret. Based on the birth year of her daughter Sophie (m. Adolf/Wolf PÄCHT) and other indirect information, I estimate Rifke was born around 1840; also, for reasons I would need to look into I seem to have concluded Rifke died before the birth of one of her grandchildren in May 1888. Rifke may have been related to the other JAWETZ in my tree (possibly a sister), Elke (m. Schmiel PÄCHT). According to her tombstone in Vatra Dornei, Elke died in 1907 at the age of 74.
Kind regards,
Jeremy Pacht

Leka (nee Hausstein or Eckstein?) was a sister (one of three siblings Rifka, Leka, Tefie (Tufze)-the only brother I believe) of Honora Eckstein also from Czernowitz. Thank you in advance to any and all who can help.

He is buried at the outskirts of the Czernowitz Jewish Cemetery (I was not able to locate his grave)? I do not know his actual full name but only his nickname of 'Buziu'
