IF WE CAN UNDERSTAND THE HATE IN THE AREA WE MAY BE ABLE TO LEARN HOW TO DEAL WITH HATE THROUGH THE WORLD.

IT SEEMS THAT THE AREA IS PART OF ROMANIA/MOLDAVIA AND UKRAINE AND VARIES WHAT YEAR ONE IS DISCUSSING. LINGUISTICALLY MY FATHER SPOKE GERMAN, ROMANIAN, RUSSIAN, ITALIAN AND ENGLISH, PREFERRED ENGLISH,UNDERSTOOD HEBREW, YIDDISH. POLISH. HUNGARIAN,BULGARIAN.
