Yes, this is indeed an extremely interesting new book release and in this context I would like to additionally refer to the article in "The Times of Israel" dated 07.02.2022:

Warmest wishes to all of you!

Hello,
My name is Maksim Goldenshteyn, and I recently discovered the Ehpes blog after reading Marianne Hirsch's terrific book.
In case it's of interest to you or your members, I thought I would share that my recent book about the Holocaust in Transnistria, called So They Remember<
https://www.oupress.com/9780806176062/so-they-remember/>, was published on Jan. 20 by the University of Oklahoma Press.
The book has gotten quite a bit of press already, including a feature in the Associated Press <
https://apnews.com/article/russia-ukraine-europe-germany-the-holocaust-bucharest-d9ea18c37e2daa9d60f0eb558b146981> that was re-published in Haaretz, Times of Israel, and more.
It describes my family's story of survival in the Pechera (Pechora) camp, as well as in the Dzhuryn (Djurin) and Krasne (Krasnoe) ghettos, where many Bukovina and Bessarabia-born Jews were also deported.
I myself was born in Chernivtsi in 1988 (of course, the population there at the time was mostly Russian-speaking) before moving to the U.S. in 1992.
Happy to share more details if interested.
All the best!
Maksim Goldenshteyn
