1942. My mother's sister Clara (13 years older than Sally) sadly only had one child, Romi Katz, who died of sickness and malnutrition at the age of 18 months. Here he is at 4 months old in Mogilev. Clara's first husband, David Katz, also died in 1943, after a severe beating at the hands of the police.
