Hello Arly,

 From about 1921 till sometime in the late thirties a Yiddish weekly
named "Yiddishe Arbeiter Tzeitung" was published in Czernowitz.
Copies of this paper are archived in the central library in Israel.
My grandfather was the publisher and editor and because I know
that he had a special interest in Jewish theatre, it is likely that
you would find
in these papers announcements about the Yiddish theatre productions.
In the late twenties, my mother, also acted in two plays
produced by the Yiddish theatre; "Tevia der milchidiker" and " Greene
