The name Albin brought back memories of another Czernowitzer Albin. This
time Albin as family name. Samuel Sami Albin married Eugenia Ella Weinstein
who together with her sister Bella owned a famous fashion salon by the name
"Ella and Bella" in Tel Aviv. The sisters Weinstein and their family were
neighbors of my paternal Grandparents - Anna and Leon Wolf, and my Aunt -
Bertha Rubinstein (later Rubin) on the Ilie Lutsa str. Ella's son Michael
Micky Albin was a well known businessman in Israel with a tragic end.
