Thank you for your email. I ordered the book with delivery to my kids addres=
s in Bay Area. For some strange reason Amazon did not feel like delivering t=
his book either to my home or nearby pick up sites.
I am using Amazon very often, have prime membership, but was not able to ord=
er to this address the book. I am all set now, will have it Wednesday.
