Dear Alan,
I am currently going through the process of reclaiming Romanian
citizenship. I am using the law firm Darie, Manea and Associates (
https://www.rolegal.com/). They are based in Bucharest and speak English. I
have found them to be reasonably priced and very helpful. They assisted me
through every step of the process and continue to monitor my application on
my behalf. Please be aware that the process can take quite a long time - I
submitted my application (which took about a year to prepare, but it
depends on whether you have the documents already) in June 2018, and am
still waiting on a decision. You can see on the website of the Romanian
ministry for citizenship that they receive tens of thousands of
applications per year.
Best wishes,
Daniel Ari Baker
