I believe to have spoken to you about this issue in the past. All I can tell you that in Israel there are more lawyers dealing with the Romanian citizenship. Unfortunately, I forgot the name of one particular female lawyer in Haifa, who offered to help me, but wanted $2,000.00 in advance.
