Short note.
Dear  Friends,
attached you will find a book about German-speaking Ashkenazi Jews in the geographic  area  of the South Balkan region (Romania, Bulgaria, Turkey).
 These are the highly interesting memoirs of Charlotte Margulies born Kolomea (Galicia) 1854 – deceased 1934 Ismir (Turkey)
The author is a different sort of Ashkenazi Jew: Not jeckes, wuswus, Galizianer, Litvak, but an ashkenazi cookie with sephardi sugar pearls dropped on top.
