As a distant Czernovitzer (am I?) born in South America to Czernovitzer parents who left at a young age, forcibly I might add, I have no legit reflection on the topic of Sadagura culture or behavior. Nevertheless, my 2 cents on the subject are "circumstantial" based on my GGfather Haim Eisenthal tense (as per my father's stories) relationship with my Gfather Simcha Eisenthal. Haim was a Talmudic scholar from the Stanislav Yeshiva and a devout follower of the Rebbe of Sadagura. However, Simcha dared to diverge. He joined the Mizrahi Zionist movement and established the first Keren Kayemet chapter in Arbore (village south of Radautz) and later left to Czernovitz away from his father's influence (all of his children followed liberal professions).
I do not know the reasons why Simcha left the Sadagura "house" other than the fact that he "evolved" into a different "version" of what was expected by his parents and teachers.
Was it cultural? New Trends? Generational? I can only speculate and reflect under this interesting "conversation".
Thank you for the "thought" provoking journey

Rony Eisenthal
