Below is a fuller translation. Bracketed language is obscured by the folds and is my best guess based on my knowlege of similar books. Note that the original Hebrew contains many rhymes.

Machzor /
from [sic] /
Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur /
[according to the custom of] Poland, Lithuania, Russia, Bohemia and Moravia /
{What follows is a description of the commentary contained in the machzor. sk} Made pleasant and pretty like roses. Gathered from many books. Early ones also [late ones]. Important ones and hidden ones. {probably means "unknown works. sk} That which will be accepted by the hearts of young and old. They are made in [?] ways. Divided into three parts, each different. They are not made mixed together. Rather each one in its proper place. These are their names. The first is called "Mateh Levi". This one is stationed outside of the poems. {He probably means on the outside margin of each page. sk}. The second is "Bet Halevi", inside the poems {inside margin. sk} is its [home?]. The third they call"Ivri Teitsch" {i.e., Yiddish translation. sk}. It has acquired its place at the bottom of the page. All together are called "Korban Aharon."

{The smaller print below explains that some parts of the Sephardic literature and some kabbalistic material has been included also, and that the text have been corrected based on manuscripts from Amsterdam because Eastern European machzorim are missing many prayers, in some cases due to censorship. As noted in my previous email, the very large red letters at the bottom say "in Czernowitz."}
