Hi Vladimir,

If the Soviet law is permitting a re-burial in the same spot (after 50
years) how are they treating the remains of the original deceased?

In addition, how the Soviets were/are keeping the record about the deceased
in the re-burial grounds?

Why are they using that way of re-burial. Is that comes from lack of
adequate burial spaces?
