Recently I learned some facts on my family roots.
My grandfather (Shmil Zanvil Zollinger) is from
Solonet, a small vilage in Bucovina. After a small
Pogrom around 1918 the whole family left the village
and lived in Suceava till was sent to transnistria.
After marrying my grandmother (Etti Zollinger Nee
Gaster) they lived in Solka, where my father was born.
I am quite discouraged from finding other branches of
the Zollinger family, all the Zollingers in the world,
and there are thousands of them are christians. we are
the only family in Israel today and the only jewish
family in the world (that I know of).
Any how, since I can't get any information on the
family I am trying to find families that lived in
Solonet or Solka around 1900-1942 and who knew either
the Zollinger family or the Gaster family.

So all researchers from Bucovina (solonet, Solka and
maybe even Suceava) who may heared of connection to my
family (Zollinger or Gaster), please let me know.

Thanks in advance
