Here is a short summary of the official offers I have received till today
from the various hotels (those that, of course, answered me seriously):
1. Crowne Plaza, Tel Aviv:
Double room per night - 150$ + VAT (minimum of 10 rooms)
Festive dinner - 42$ + VAT per person
Technical equipment + technician + 190$ + VAT per day
Conference room + hot and cold drinks + refreshments + lunch - 34$+VAT per
day per person.
2. Optima hotel, Ramat Gan:
Double room per night - 450 NIS
Conference room + hot and cold drinks + Refreshments + lunch + festive
dinner - 250 NIS for March the 26th; Same for the 27th without dinner 200
NIS; Same for the 28th without lunch (their kitchen is closed on the 28th
because they get ready for Passover) - 130 NIS.
Technical equipment - 500 NIS
3. Sheraton Moria, Tel Aviv
Technical Equipment - 180$ + VAT
Conference room + hot and cold drinks + refreshments + fruits + lunch - 140
NIS + VAT per day
Festive dinner - 190 NIS + VAT per person
4. Carlton, Tel Aviv
Conference room + hot and cold drinks + refreshments + lunch - 45$ + VAT per
day
Festive dinner - 45$ + VAT
Technical equipment - 150 $ + VAT
Double room - 170$ per night
5. Dan Accadia, Herzliyya
Double room - 265$ per night
Conference room + hot and cold drinks + refreshments + lunch - 228 NIS per
day
Technical equipment - 1053 NIS
Festive dinner - 364 NIS per person
6. Sheraton City Tower, Ramat Gan
Double room - 640 NIS (minimum of 10 rooms)
Conference room + refreshments + drinks + lunch - 155 NIS per day
Technical equipment - 800 NIS per day
All other hotels I have thus far addressed have failed to respond, some of
them after constant reminding. I do not think, therefore, that they should
be at all considered.
Yehudit Yerushalmi has connections at the Daniel (Herzliyya) and is trying
to get an offer from them, too. I believe it should be in the range of the
Dan Accadia hotel (they are of similar standard and stand one next to the
other).
If anyone is interested in addressing some other hotels - please feel free,
of course, to do so, but do try and present your offers as soon as possible
so that a decision can be reached.
