Donna and I have recent experience with the TLV Crown Plaza and the Dan
Herzelyia. Both are very good to excellent hotels. The high rate from the
Dan Herz reflects their premier location, right on the beach in Herzelyia,
AND the fact that they are a smaller hotel with fewer rooms to fill up. My
suspicion is that we will not get as good a rate with them but let's see
what happens.

Parking for drivers is easy at the Dan and not so easy at the Crown Plaza
since it is in prime TVL territory. Railway access to both requires
short-distance transportation or sturdy walking shoes.
