This is my little contribution to the Czernowitzer cookbook.
  (In French and in English, I tried. Thanks to Michele to correct it.)

MITITEI (Saucisses de Boeuf)

500 g de boeuf hache, 2 gousses d'ail, 5g de cumin, 5g de bicarbonate
de soude, huile.
Pour servir : Petits piments frais.

Melanger la viande avec l'ail []cras[], le cumin et le bicarbonate.
Faire des boulettes longues de la taille du pouce.
Les huiler legerement et les cuire au barbecue ou au grill.
Deguster avec de petits morceaux de piment.

MITITEI (Ox Sausages)

500g of chopped ox, 2 cloves of garlic, 5g cumin, 5g bicarbonate of
soda, oil.
To be serve : Small fresh peppers (chilis ?).

Mix the meat with crushed garlic, cumin and bicarbonate. Make long
meatballs of the size of a thumb (father's thumb !). Oil them
slightly and cook them with the barbecue or the grill.
Eat with small pieces of pepper.

Nota : When my brother comes in summer, I request Fuduli from my
butcher, but I create each time sensation in the shop.
