To those interested:
I received the message, copied below, from Hungarian SIG.
On the recommended site I found that:

In 1914, Regiment 41, commanded by archduke Eugen
had it's headquarters in Czernowitz.

Also: Recruits from the Czernowitz area were in regiment #68
       battalions 1,2 and 3
