[Cz-L] Names on various Czernowitz documents

Dear Czernowitzers,

Going through various Czernowitz and Cernauti documents I thought that some
of you may be interested in the names of those signing the documents.

So here goes:

It might be interesting to find out if any of us, now more than 80 years
later, are related to the people who's names are on this list.

I personally, am related to Manfred Reifer, who was a cousin of my father
and is on this list because he was also the teacher of my mother.
I remember him. During the war, he was able to send and receive letters,
news and packages to Transnistria and I occasionally accompanied my mother,
when she went to his house for such purpose.
