To the Czernowitz 600 years festivities committee:
    Suggestion:
     Abolish the 140 dollars visa fee for Israeli citizens.
   The visas for Americans and Europeans have been abolished lately
but not for Israelis.
     Israel provides more tourists to Czernowitz than America and
Europe combined and has a greater potential .
      Abolishing the visa will encourage tourism from Israel to the
benefit of city.
