  I agree with Charles' suggestion that we work, and be seen by the city, as=20=
a group. I'm not sure I agree with his proposal that we state at the outset=20=
that we have no funds, rather wait and see what they propose, and what they=20=
ask for.
  I would like to reiterate what I said when this first came up, that as we d=
id with the Reunion, we establish a committee to discuss our response to each=
  contact with the city. In addition, I will state again that this is a golde=
n opportunity, that may not come again.=20
  we must have a coordinated,centralized effort to maximize this opportunity.
