Jerome, as far as a structure is concerned -- it would be =20
appropriate, I believe, to have some subcommittees from among the =20
list, authorized by the entire group to deal with specific issues, =20
to poll the group when questions come up, and to keep the group =20
informed about developments on a regular basis.
