[Cz-L] "Czernowitz Reunion 2006" videodiscs

Dear Czernowitzers,

Rita and Gidi Shilo kindly sent me copies of the videodiscs they took
of the talks and discussions at the reunion, the memorial service at the
cemetery, as well as photographs taken during a joint trip to Davidivka
(Davideni) and Banila. I just watched one of them again and feel very moved.

Many of you have previously asked about getting copies of the videotapes
and discs which were taken at the reunion. I have the permission of Gidi
and Rita to make copies for all who want them, but obviously, if there are
more than 3 or 4 who want copies of all 4 discs, I will need help in making
the copies and mailing them.

I could make 3 copies of each disc and send a set of 4 discs to each of
three people, these three people could each also make 3 copies of the 4
discs and distribute them to 3 other people and so on.
(1+3+9+27+81+.....)

All who want copies write to me by Sept 27 and answer the following:

If any of you have received copies of the videotapes or discs taken
by Marianne Hirsch and Leo Spitzer, would you be so kind, with their
permission, to make some copies and distribute them to the rest of us?
The tapes made by them, may include material not included in the discs
I received from Rita and Gidi.
