[Cz-L] Name, date and location for meeting

Dear Czernowitzers and Bukowiner,

We now have a name, date and general location for the proposed meeting.
I had asked for a vote on the following proposals:

> 1. The meeting will be called: "Czernowitz and Bukowina Reunion 2007"
> 2. The date of the meeting is March 26 - March 29, 2007
> 3. The meeting will be held in the Tel-Aviv - Herzlia area.
> 4. We will try to obtain group rates for those staying at he hotel
> at which we hold the meeting.

Of all who sent in their vote, there was only one vote which suggested
a different date, all other votes agreed with all 4 proposals.

During the next few weeks, we will try to make definite arrangements with
one of the hotels, for both individual rooms and conference facilities.
At that time we shall need to know how many rooms to reserve. Obviously the
more rooms we shall reserve, the greater the probability of the price being
reduced both for each individual room, as well as for the conference rooms.
I therefore would like to urge everyone to think about the likelihood of
their attending the "Czernowitz and Bukowina Reunion 2007", also whether
Czernowitzers and Bukowiners, who live in Israel, might prefer to stay at
the hotel at which the reunion is being held, rather than commute each day
from their homes.
