[Cz-L] Award

Hi everyone,

I thought that you'd be interested to learn that yours truly has just
received the "Outstanding Contribution to Jewish Genealogy Award," as
presented by the IAJGS (International Association of Jewish Genealogists.)

I am, of course, very proud to receive this recognition. Living so very far
apart as we do, it is always nice to get together with large groups of
genealogists who care as much as I do about learning about and preserving
our collective Jewish histories. It is re-energizing. Not only that, but
when genealogist after genealogist comes up to me, and without solicitation
and thanks me for my work, it is quite overwhelming at times. I am really
blessed to have found a project that I feel passionate about, that can also
help so many people learn more about their Jewish roots.
