Dr Bubbi Billig's father first name was Leonhard . On the same first
floor,lived also Paul Rieber, a friend of Popovici who got the
authorisation no.1. As mentioned earlier, Popovici lived in an
appartment on the ground floor of what appears to be today the no 6
(previously 8b).

Interesting also that while mentioning that Rieber got the
authorisation nr 1, Dr Billig's sentence was "the first out of twenty
thousand".This also confirms the nr of authorisations issued.

Dr Leonhard Billig used to be the president of Rotary in Cz.
