[Cz-L] the same problem

I still cannot surf through the Czernowitz ehpes site, all I get is:
"The program is not responding"
I kindly ask of you, whoever is a computer maven, to give me some suggestion as to what I can do in order to finally get the site back!
I do get the first page, but from then on I cannot move, not to the right, not to the left, not up or down. Instead of the curser, I get the hourglass - and I am simply stuck!
