[Cz-L] Proposal for Cz photo-album for anniversary

Dear All,

Here is a rather fuller translation of Mr Kylynych's invitation, using a
translator I found on the Internet, with one or two improvements of my own.
(I have used my initiative in places, and hope I have not misconstrued the
meaning!)

Can anyone do a better and more exact translation?

This is perhaps an invitation we ought to take seriously.

Respected SPIL'NOTO!
To the 600-years-old anniversary of our city it is planned to give out
"Czernowitz and Czernowitzers in photos of the ХХ century". Public advice of
assistance preparation of anniversary comes to you with a request to send a
photo from your personal archives for placing in this photoalbum with short
comments. Photo materials must have the proper quality for edition, however
unnecessarily executed professionally. In the case of placing of them in the
aforesaid photoalbum, it will be indicated who passed them and information
about Czernowitzers represented on them, fixed events in the history of the
city etc, which it follows marks necessarily in comments. It is possible to
send a photo an e-mail: chernivci_600_at_rada.cv.ua or to pass personally to
