I don't do windoze, but just about any operating system these days should
handle a message with, e.g.,
Mime-Version: 1.0
Content-Type: text/plain; charset=ISO-8859-8
Content-Transfer-Encoding: 8bit
as long as they have the proper fonts installed. Just avoid screwy
microsoft code pages and stick to ISO.
