[Cz-L] A menu of regional dishes

Greetings,

Would someone be so kind as to create a menu of regional dishes from
Czernowitz/Bukovina that I can use on my site? This is not necessarily for
my Czernowitz online exhibition, but, believe it or not, I am creating a
virtual (internet only) restaurant or two for my site and would like to
offer menus of regional dishes. I am thus asking for a small menu, perhaps
of a few main dishes (meat, poultry, fish), etc., that might make up a
five-course meal, salads, desserts, appetizers, drinks, etc. There can be a
dinner menu and a lunch menu, even a dessert menu. I hope this doesn't sound
silly to you, but once you see it all in context on my site, it won't.

I know there is the start of a Bukovina cookbook on our site, but I would
like someone "in the know" to create what I'm asking for. Those more
familiar with Czernowitz can do a much better job at creating a regional
menu or two than I ever could.
