   News from Czernowitz . The festivities will be held from 1-10 October.
    Highlights on 4-5 Oct.
     Here is an extract from the City official festivity site :
      "Please pay attention to the fact that free accommodation and food

>> period of October 4-5 will be provided only for personal guests

>> Mayor of Chernivtsi."

        So if you are not a personal guest of the city you will have to buy
your
       own food and pay for accommodation.
       But even if you are a personal guest - only 2 days are free .
        Even if Otto von Habsburg comes he will get free room and food only
for
         2 days .
           Coupons will be sent by mail.
                 After that he will have to pay.
