[Cz-L] Jewish Cemetery

           Hi, Group,
            Following is a city council announcement about the
            "accomplishment" of the cemeteries.
            On the Jewish cemetery it writes that the project
            has to be elaborated first and then realized.
            Accomplishing, elaborating ,realizing
            I really cannot explain exactly what they mean
            but they talk about doing something in
            the right direction , and this is good ,
            Maybe the "accomplishment" refers to our hopes,
