Re: [Cz-L] Public / Private Messages

Dear Jane,
   Just a reminder - all posts to the list are moderated.
     Somebody reads and approves every mail that goes public.
       Mails that seem damaging , offensive or irrelevant are filtered out.
          They apply this censorship with a touch of grace.
             I only hope Czernowitz City Hall reads our post and understands
us.
