[Cz-L] Public / Private Messages

Hello everyone,

Just a reminder that these discussion list messages are archived on the
Czernowitz website, meaning that anyone can see them. I imagine that even
members of the Chernivtsi city government might scan these, etc. I'm
certainly not suggesting we stop writing about things that are sensitive,
but just keep in mind that this is not a private forum, and the person or
organization you're writing about may actually be subscribed to the
discussion list, or may be reading the messages later in the archives.

That said, I thank everyone for their contributions to a fascinating
discussion!
