[Cz-L] Cautious good news about clean-up of cemetery

Dear Czernowitzers,

Some weeks ago, with the initiative, encouragement
and help of Christian Hermann, I wrote to a number of organizations,
which send young volunteers on work-camps in which they work on
some public project. One of the organization has agreed to work
on clearing the Chernivtsi Jewish cemetery of weeds and bushes.
It is the same organization, which did so, about nine years ago,

"Service Civil International", I believe that at that time it was
the Dutch section of the organization, this time it is the Ukrainian
section. They will do the work this summer as long as they get
the required cooperation from the Chernivtsi city government,
some participation of students from the local Chernivtsi high-schools
and promises from these schools or the city government that
the cemetery will be maintained in the future.

I wrote to the mayors office, they have already applied to the SCI
and now I am hopeful that they will iron out their differences.

I would like to enlist the cooperation of two of the schools
in Chernivtsi; the Jewish school #41 and the high-school #5,
which I believe is the same school which Paul Celan attended.

If anyone will help me obtain the E-mail addresses of these
two schools,I would be most grateful.

We may also need to assist them with money. If you know of any
organizations, to which I could apply for such financial help,
