Czernowitzers.... as you will see from Shellie's message below, the
digest got fouled up yesterday. There's nothing I can do about it. It
seems Bruce Wexler's message was corrupted with some 70 pages of
blanks, which got transmitted to everyone. I didn't notice it when I
edited the messages.

For those of you that got the messed up digest, the only solution is
to read the messages of that day in the archives on the website. I'll
have them up in a few hours.

For the future:

1. If you're a digest subscriber, and are replying to a post in the
digest, DO NOT QUOTE THE WHOLE DIGEST. DELETE ALL THE POSTS THAT HAVE
NO BEARING ON WHAT YOUR SAYING, AND THEN SEND YOUR REPLY!!! If you
don't do it, the moderator has to do it.

2. If you're replying to a digest post, edit your subject line to
reflect the actual subject. The default subject line is something like
"Digest for....." which doesn't tell you much.

3. Learn to post in PLAIN TEXT. Instructions on how to do that appear
on each message at the bottom.

Thanks for your co-operation, and sorry things got messed up.
Best,
jerome
