Dear Jessica,
The name Fallik (or Falik) was not under the topic of Associations, but of
"Bloody Affairs". David Fallik was student in the Aron Pumnul Gymnasium, the
year of the "Matura". There, a xenophobic professor foiled systematically the
minorities, especially the Jews. Fallik was one of the students who protested
against the professor and was arrested. In the Court he was killed by a young
man, called Totu, partisan of the Iron Guard. This affair was a big shock for
the Jewish community. For the name itself, I don't have more details.
Yours,
Florence
