[Cz-L] dates of 600 year anniversary celebration

There seems to be some confusion about the date of the city celebration. It
is in October, not August. The official city day is the weekend
of October 4 and 5. But because of the big occasion, I've been told
there will be celebratory events from about the 1st to the 9th or
10th.
