[Cz-L] Correction to Hardy's suggestion for the inscription

I made a mistake in my previous Email,
when printing Hardy's suggestion for the inscription.
The suggestion Hardy made is:

 HERE LIVED TRAIAN POPOVICI (1892 - 1946)
 IN 1941 AS MAYOR OF CZERNOWITZ, HE SAVED
 20 000 JEWS FROM DEPORTATION TO TRANSNISTRIA
 TO HIS MEMORY FROM THE JEWS OF CZERNOWITZ
