As things stand now, the plaque will be in Ukrainian, Romanian and English.
Ukrainian - because Chernivtsi is in the Ukraine.
Romanian - because Traian Popovici was Romanian,
English - because this is now the international language.
If we cannot have 3 languages, English will be eliminated.
In having this plaque placed, we are dependent
on The city administration of Chernivtsi, the assistance
of Josef Zissels and on practical considerations.
Please keep this in mind.
None of this is my arbitrary decision.
Although I do think that international travelers, should expect
to have to translate from the local language.
If you want to start and Esperanto club, I'll join you.
