As you probably know, I was there at that time. The information you provided
below is quite accurate. Nevertheless, in your last sentence you mentioned
that all of the Popovici permit holders were eventually deported in June
1942; as far as I can remember there were still many of those holders who
managed to continue staying in Cz. until the come back of the Soviets in
March 1944 (perhaps in hiding or other "combinations") .
I am waiting to see the reaction on that from my friend Berti Glaubach.
