  The exact number of Jews left in Czernowitz after the Ghetto will never be
known.
    It is also irellevant as to the plaque.
      How many of these were left due to Popovici's doings ?
       The city archives must have some records.
         It is their city history after all.
           If they don't have Traian Popovici and his doings in the city
annals
              and agree to have a memorial plaque ,they must accept our
version
           of the story.
              The problem is that WE do not agree as to our version .
               Two Jews - three opinions .
