Dear Gary,
Of all the suggested inscriptions, your is the longest.
I we were to use it, either the plaque would have to be
much larger than feasible, or we would have to have it
only two languages only.
As to the number of authorizations issued by Traian Popovici
or through his intersession and what the number on the plaque
should be, I will write the list about this in a separate E-mail.
