[Cz-L] turn over a glass redux

Hi all,
With regard to turning a glass over when you need to find something that is
lost, this is what my new-age (albeit Jewish) daughter has to say about it:

This is one thing that both I and my kids do, although on the counter, not
under the table. IT ALWAYS WORKS! I think that it has to do with giving up
the control of being the center of the universe. There is nothing supernatural
about that. When you release that energy and ask for help, you receive it.

Any thoughts on this CZ'ers?
