who can write to them in Ukrainian.

The lady who helped me find many records was Maria D Nykyrsa, but I'm not
sure she still works there. My advise is to find someone, fluent in Ukrainian
and Russian, who has done research there before. We went to the Archive on
Friday and gave them all the information we could. No fact is too small.
When we returned on Saturday, they had brought up the books, and had located
many records for us. They prepared copies of the records, for which they
charged us. Also prepared certificates vouching for the records authenticity.
We had a great experience there, and the key is having someone who is
working for you, and has worked at the archive before.
Lastly, when I asked Maria to write the address and her name for me, it came
out a bit different:
